Setup Wizard
Upon account activation, the OnCampus™ and GoGreek™
application can be customized with intuitive, easy-to-use
tools and wizards that do not require any programming
or technical expertise. Moreover, all customization
is immediately deployed and available across your institutions
user base.
The Administrator is responsible for initially configuring
your OnCampus™ online "Organization,"
which means adding users, establishing their roles,
and configuring their access levels. Additionally, the
Administrator will also configure the GoGreek! Module
to customize the application as appropriate for their
campus and formal membership recruitment specifics (i.e.
– number of sororities, rounds, parties, etc.)
This task is usually completed in 10-15 minutes. The
Administrator may also manage the initial process of
importing your organizations existing contact and member
data.
As a result, your organization can quickly modify the
OnCampus™ application without any time lag rather
than the initial configuration and maintenance. Security
authorizations are intended to ensure the highest level
of system integrity and personal privacy.
