Party Scheduling

The Event & Party Scheduling module intelligently creates balanced invite lists for each round of parties in the formal recruitment process, as determined by the potential members’ and sororities’ preferences inputted at the close of each round.



Our patent pending algorithm intelligently analyzes each potential member's schedule to optimize their next round of parties, eliminating 'gaps' during recruitment parties. Upon final acceptance, the Administrator authorizes the release of the next round of parties which schedules potential members accordingly. Administrators have the option of either exporting and printing the schedule for the next round of parties or by authorizing the system to update individual online calendars and emailing invite notifications to each potential member and sorority.
