Potential Member™, a module of the OnCampus™ application, provides each college/university with a one-stop resource for Formal Membership Recruitment registration.

Jupiter & Forrester research companies have determined that by the end of 2004, approximately 325 million people will have used the Web to register for events and services.

With online registration becoming a societal norm, Potential Member™ automates the first step in the formal membership recruitment process—registering potential members for recruitment activities.



Potential Member™ is an online registration function offering convenience to a student schedule by making enrollment in Greek recruitment events available to potential members via any Internet accessible computer. It reduces the manual workload previously reserved for the Office of Greek Life.

Potential Member™ securely captures all pertinent information, registration fees, and payment information. Once a student’s registration information is received and payment is processed by the Office of Greek Life, an email confirmation is delivered to the student along with subsequent scheduling and campus-specific recruitment information.

Student’s personal information is immediately stored in your institutions database. Via secure login access, authorized users can view standard and customized reports on registration data.
