myCalendar
Each user logging into OnCampus™ has a calendar
view that is dynamically generated for them. It visually
presents their schedule, which may include publicly
available campus events, organization-specific member
events, along with personally entered events. During
formal membership recruitment, registered potential
members can view their individual recruitment and party
schedule.
Each user can edit their calendar—confirming or
declining invites, adding reminders and “don’t
forget” details to it as well. myCalendar offers
a one-stop social hub for the individual members of
multiple organizations with the busy social calendar.
myCalendar also provides Administrators with visual
tracking and one-click management capabilities. They
can use the calendar functionality to organize the details
of formal membership recruitment and daily events—including
schedules and logistics planning.
